How to reach datia to visit pitambara peeth?
There is a railway station in datia but most of the trains do not
stop here. Most of the trains stops in jhansi which is 3o km far from
Datia. So book your ticket for jhansi (Uttar Pradesh). One can easily
get a bus from jhansi to datia. All the buses go to Gwalior via datia.
Datia is 75 km far from gwalior. One can also take bus or taxi from
gwalior to visit datia. It is better to reach the temple in the morning.
Baglamukhi Aarti is done in the morning at 5.00 am. The environment of
the temple is very pleasant.
